We're a local carpet and upholstery cleaning company working out of Fort Mill, SC and covering the Charlotte metro every week. The whole operation is built around one method done properly: hot water extraction, with the pre-treatment and rinse that actually make it work.
Most of what we're called for is the same handful of problems: traffic lanes ground into the pile, pet accidents that soaked past the backing, grout that has gone three shades darker than it started, and rentals that need to pass a move-out inspection.
