When you call or email us directly we hold whatever you share in that conversation.

The website also records basic page-analytics data (pages viewed, referring site, approximate location and device type) through Google Analytics, if enabled. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and complete your cleaning, and follow up about the work. We may contact you by phone, text or email using the details you provided.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Quote requests are stored in our hosted database and are accessible only to the business owner. Our website hosting, database and analytics providers process this data on our behalf under their own security terms. We may disclose information where required by law.

This site uses cookies only for standard website function and, where enabled, Google Analytics measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as they are useful for servicing and warranty purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing cleanfreecarpet@gmail.com or calling (704) 771-0006.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
