Terms & Conditions

Prices published on this site, including $79 for two rooms or areas, $99 with pet treatment, and $250 for a whole house up to 2,500 square feet, are starting prices for standard residential work. Heavily soiled carpet, oversized rooms, stairs, specialty fibres and additional treatments may change the price.

Any quote given over the phone or from photographs is an estimate based on the information supplied. We will confirm the final price with you on site before starting, and you are free to decline at that point at no charge.

Appointments are arranged by phone, text or through the quote form. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. We ask for reasonable notice for cancellation so the slot can be offered to someone else.

You are responsible for providing access to the property, working electricity and water, and parking within reach of the equipment. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a return visit may need to be rescheduled.

Please remove breakables, electronics and small items from the areas to be cleaned. Let us know in advance about loose seams, existing damage, delicate or antique items, and any prior treatments applied to the carpet or fabric.

Cleaning removes soil. It cannot reverse permanent damage. Bleaching, dye loss, sun fading, worn or abraded fibre, delamination, pre-existing burns and some set stains may improve but will not fully disappear. We will tell you honestly before we start when we believe a result will be limited.

Drying times vary with humidity and airflow. Please keep traffic off damp carpet and use airflow where possible.

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial accounts may be invoiced by arrangement.

We take care with your property and carry business insurance. Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage arising from undisclosed defects in the flooring, fabric or property.
