Can you remove urine odor?
In most cases yes. Urine that has soaked deep into the core is harder, so tell us how old the accident is when you call.
Do you clean both sides?
We can flip and clean the reverse side if the mattress is designed to be used both ways.
Is it safe for memory foam?
We adjust moisture for foam construction and keep extraction high so the foam is not saturated.
